Simple Steps to a Grace-filled Life: The Practice of Ignatian Journaling

Journaling is a simple and flexible practice that can reduce stress and boost gratitude. When we integrate Ignatian spirituality with our practice of journaling, we open ourselves to experiencing rich spiritual insights and nourishing moments of grace. During this workshop, Catherine Anne Sullivan introduced participants to three modes of Ignatian journaling and offered time to share the experience with the group.
