Ignatian Family Communities Begin!
In September, Jesuit Connections is partnering with Goodfaith as we offer an online family community inspired by Ignatian Spirituality. This online program, https://wearegoodfaith.org/initiatives/family-matters/, will explore faith through prayer, service, discernment, community building, spiritual direction, and mentoring.
Family Matters is a 15-month program for families with children ranging in age up to 19 years old. The Family Matters online platform will offer resources for self-led family activities and projects. The program will also offer online Community meetings to meet other families and to participate in small group discussions on key themes. Mentors will accompany the families throughout the journey and spiritual direction will be offered for parents.
Ignatian Parenting! Join us for a Information Session for Goodfaith’s Family Matters
Starting in late September, Jesuit Connections will be offering a virtual program, Family Matters, for parents and their families in collaboration with Goodfaith. In the spring we hosted listening sessions with parents to elicit parent feedback.
Now Goodfaith will be hosting two information sessions. If you are interested in learning more about the program and how to sign up for our first virtual cohort of Family Matters, please register for one of the information sessions. The sessions will be 30 minutes long and offer you a chance to ask questions and learn how to register for Family Matters. If you cannot attend, the meeting will be recorded and sent to everyone who registers.
Sign up for the date that works best for you. Attendance at an information session is not required to participate in the Family Matters program next fall!
